Sean “Diddy” Combs Sentenced to 50 Months in Federal Prison
New York, NY — [10/3/25] — Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sentenced to 50 months—just over four years—in federal prison following his conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The sentence was handed down by Federal District Judge Arun Subramanian on Friday. In delivering his ruling, Judge Subramanian stated:
“A substantial sentence must be given to send a message to abusers and victims alike that abuse against women is met with real accountability.”
